Express Yourself Voice Workshops

Finding Freedom and Release using the singing voice

A 4-week Express Yourself/Voice Connection program is coming in August.

DATES: Wednesdays, August 11, 18, 25 and September 1
LOCATION: The Storefront Studio, 6324-106 Street
TIME: 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
COST: $80 for all 4 sessions if paid before July 15th
$90 for all 4 sessions if paid after July 15th or $25 drop-in fee per class

Express Yourself is a class in finding freedom and release through singing.

  • Connecting the body with the voice and the voice with the body
  • Through meditative practices, breath, movement, singing chants and improvisation
  • Remove physical, emotional and spiritual blocks.

All held in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone has a voice and every voice is unique and beautiful! All levels of singing welcome

Tuesday Mornings: Voice Connection (New Class)
DATES: September 14, 2010 – November 23, 2010
LOCATION: Storefront Studio, 6324 – 106 Street, Edmonton, AB
TIME:10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Experience the sound and ground of your being and connect with others through:

  • Singing & Spirituality
  • Presence & Awareness
  • Movement & Breath
  • Chant & Improvisation

Maximum of 15 registered people. This class will join the Wednesday evening class for a final recital. Payment before Sept. 1 is $275; after Sept.1 payment is $300.

LOCATION: Storefront Studio, 6324 – 106 Street, Edmonton, AB
TIME: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Experience the sound and ground of your being AND a performance through:

  • Singing & Spirituality
  • Presence & Awareness
  • Healing
  • Movement & Breath
  • Chant & Improvisation
  • Singing songs in small groups with solo opportunities
  • End of term concert

There is limited space, so allowing a maximum of 15 registered people. Payment before Sept. 1 is $325; after Sept.1 payment is $350.
