Get comfortable with your feet on the floorTrusting your intuition let your attention land in your belly or where your intuition is guided to.Rest here – and drop, drop, sink, drop…like you’ve just dropped a teensy little anchor into your belly and you can feel it making its way to the bottom of the ocean

BREATHE IN AND OUT

Feel the waves moving in…..Feel the waves moving out….An endless dropping exploring the inner caves and the edges of bone.

The light of your attention into the water of you, the intelligence.

Now allow an issue, a problem to arise. It’s been on your mind and now you can really let it come into awareness.

Throughout today every time you think about this ‘problem’, drop into your gut belly and let the ocean of intelligence take it from you.

See what thoughts, help, intuition comes to you today and through the week about this problem. Keep letting your gut sort it out, let go of trying to figure it out.

DAY TWO

Find a comfortable place to rest and breathe 
place both hands on your belly

Take a few moments to really begin to feel and listen to your belly without any over breathing or any work just listen

No demands, no pushing or working just resting and allowing

Let your belly come to you.

Begin to very gently caress your belly in a clockwise direction.

‘I’m here…I’m with you….you’re not alone….I love you.’

Ask her ‘what do you need?’ 
And listen…..

At least 5x today do a check in with your belly your needs your gut feelings. 

DAY 3

YOUR BELLY AWAITS YOU

Place a hand on your belly and for a moment measure the exact distance between you Between a complete connection in feeling here and not feeling.

BE CURIOUS ABOUT ‘FEELING’ AND ‘NOT FEELING’

Do 8 or more clockwise circles around your belly with your hand lovingly breathing and paying close attention.

Take another 8 breaths and feel the rise and fall of your belly. Now like a drop of water into the ocean drop some notes, or hum into your belly and see how it feels? Let it ripple out to the sides of the water.

DOES YOUR VOICE VIBRATE YOUR BELLY?

This is the big question!If it doesn’t now you know how far you are away from it. Wherever you are just be there, nowhere to go but here

It’s a great thing to feel or to be aware of how you don’t feel.

DAY 4

Drop into your belly like an anchor floating through water and slowly dropping to the ocean floor – your pelvic floor.

Our minds are like Light on Water .

They make the water sparkle with lightJoining with your water belly (I call it the Waterpark), comes with a warning, you will feel something.

If you stay the course of continuing to drop into your belly you will break up the compression here and emotions will begin to rise up.

It’s a beautiful cleansing if you can allow it to happen.

Imagine you are a boat on the water looking to be guided into safety.

Safety is being seen and heard.

DAY 5

We hung out in water for 9 months in our Mothers belly.

Felt safe and protected inside of this water.

Take a moment to feel this thought.

What do you notice?

Late by myself in the boat of myself, no light no land anywhere. I try to stay above the surface but I’m already under and living within….the Ocean.’

Drink a lot of water today and be aware of the water, the emotion, the energy-in-motion within you and around you.
